Course Overview
Oil painting is a popular medium due to their versatile, expressive and
forgiving nature. the slow drying allows for blending, creating highly
realistic paintings. Participants will be introduced to the materials used
in oil painting. They will also be taught how to draw on canvas using this
art medium.
Requirements and Remarks
For 12 yrs above, new beginners are welcome. Everything you need to know about Oil Painting - Still 2 Life, Portrait, Nature/Landscape paintings! This element level also covers different painting techniques such as Brush Painting and Pointillism. New Participants will need to contact trainer, MR LOW THO SENG (Hp: 97949265) for advice on materials & painting tools needed namely; set of brushes, basic paints, pallet knife, oil paper, water container, cloth & brush holder.

Mr Low is a self-taught artist and established artist in Singapore. Participated various art exhibitions and demonstrations. More than 40 years in painting. The works are now widely collected both local and in overseas. Besides teaching, he has contributed art and learning to the community. He was invited by PA and Community Club to put up exhibition, demonstration and trial session for the public. He also contributed to PA Passion art events
