Marsiling Careers has stood with our residents through challenging times, launching dedicated job-support initiatives since 2020 to protect livelihoods during COVID-19

• Career Fair for Mature Workers (Jan 2020):

  • Supported 437 older job seekers connecting with 13 employers.

• SkillsFuture Roadshow & Back-to-Work Programmes (M³ initiative):

  • Benefited over 800 residents, equipping them with essential skills training.

• Continued Job Support:

  • Strong partnership with SkillsFuture and employers, helping residents stay employable and find lasting jobs.

• Empowering Women & Mature Workers:

• Specialised support via "Back to Work Women" and M³ launched its fourth focus area (FA4) on Employment and Employability initiatives, boosting skills and confidence.
