My Marsiling – Our Home, Our Heart, Our Hope!
Over the past five years, we’ve listened, partnered, and transformed Marsiling together. Thanks to our residents’ feedback and support, we’ve refreshed our estate for the future—completing Repairs & Redecoration (R&R) across all blocks, adding 34 new amenities like high-linkways and drop-off porches, and upgrading key spaces through the Lift Upgrading Programme (LUP).

From the Thomson-East Coast Line improving connectivity to the Woodlands Health Campus enhancing care, and the revitalized Marsiling Market & Hawker Centre under the Remaking Our Heartlands initiative, we’ve built a stronger foundation for generations to come.

马西岭不仅是我们居住的地方，更是我们共同营造的家园。过去五年来，我们与大家携手努力，共同改善社区环境，增强社区凝聚力。

感谢您的反馈，我们已完成所有组屋的维修与重新装修工程(R&R)，焕新了我们的社区，并新增了34项社区设施，包括有盖行人道、接送亭、游乐场和健身角。汤申-东海岸地铁线(TEL)、兀兰医疗园、全新升级版的马西岭巴刹与熟食中心，以及电梯升级计划(LUP)等重点项目的重要发展，让我们的社区变得更加生机勃勃、联系更为紧密。 

展望未来，马西岭2030总体规划将带来更多改善：全新的马西岭民众俱乐部、8条全新高架行人道、一条全长16公里的脚踏车道、以及更多的电动车充电站。我们还会举办更多促进家庭和睦、邻里友好的社区活动。

更重要的是，因为有您——您的意见、反馈和社区精神，马西岭才能如此充满活力。让我们携手并进，共同打造一个温暖互助、紧密连接、面向未来的马西岭家园。

Marsiling 2030: Sebuah Komuniti yang Peduli, Sebuah Masa Hadapan yang Kita Bentuk Bersama-sama

Marsiling bukan sekadar tempat tinggal kita, ia merupakan rumah yang kita bina bersama-sama. Lebih lima tahun yang lalu, kami telah bekerjasama dengan anda untuk meningkatkan hartanah kita dan menguatkan semangat komuniti kita.

Disebabkan maklum balas anda, kami telah memperindahkan kawasan kejiranan kita dengan Pembaikan & Penghiasan Semula (R&R) untuk semua blok, serta memperkenalkan 34 kemudahan baharu, termasuk laluan pejalan kaki berbumbung, anjung untuk menurunkan penumpang, taman permainan dan sudut rekreasi. Pembangunan utama seperti Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL), Kampus Kesihatan Woodlands, Pusat Pasar & Penjaja Marsiling yang dinaik taraf, serta Program Naik Taraf Lif (LUP) telah menjadikan bandar kita lebih rancak dan terhubung.

Pada masa akan datang, Pelan Induk Marsiling 2030 akan membawakan peningkatan yang jauh lebih baik: sebuah Kelab Komuniti Marsiling baharu, 8 laluan pejalan kaki tinggi baharu, 16 KM laluan berbasikal, lebih banyak pengecas EV, dan program sosial baharu untuk merapatkan lagi hubungan keluarga dan rakan-rakan.

Paling penting, Marsiling berkembang maju disebabkan idea, maklum balas dan semangat komuniti anda. Marilah kita bersama-sama membentuk masa depan Marsiling yang peduli dan terhubung.
